Every print is produced and shipped directly by our print partner, Pictorem, who stands behind the quality of every piece with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If something's wrong with your print
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, contact Pictorem's customer service within 30 days of delivery. They'll evaluate your claim and, once approved, provide a full replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Since every print is made to order specifically for you, orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible without a fee covering the materials already used.
What isn't covered
Because each print is custom-made, we're unable to accept returns for reasons like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase. Minor natural variations in finish (particularly on hand-finished materials) are part of the character of a handmade product and aren't considered a defect.
Your copyright is protected
Your artwork remains yours. Prints are produced solely to fulfill your order and are never used, sold, or promoted elsewhere without your consent.
